I am a yoga and meditation teacher, with more than 13 years of experience. I give classes in English and Spanish to hundreds of people every week. Join me and you will discover what you are missing. That happiness, calm and tranquility are within your reach.

Whatever your experience or knowledge of yoga, I will introduce to you my style of yoga and meditation, to inspire you to want to deepen even more in what is, yoga and human being. With the use of postures to reduce stress and improve your mobility, also visualizations, accounts, easy and proven techniques so you can start practicing for yourself with confidence and success.
