My method begins with basic instruction in Beginners Yoga, the breathing and physical poses. My typical lesson plan is an hour a day, 10 minutes of pranayama (breathing) practice, 45 minutes of Asana (physical) practice, and 15 minutes of meditation. What sets me apart is that I am skilled, committed, and dedicated to safe, convenient, and age and physical appropriated instruction. I have received training and I practice Yoga and meditation daily.
