About Katherine
I'm an RYS 200-hr certified Yoga Instructor that specializes in Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. I have 4 years of experience teaching and 7 years of experience practicing. On top of my yoga certification and anatomy education, I come from a 14 year dance background that informs my teaching.

I teach for proper alignment and muscle engagement to keep your body safe from injury and to make the most out of your practice. I always instruct for modifications, assists, and adjustments to accommodate students at every level.
I'm passionate about the mind/body connection. I believe that your physical and mental health are connected, and each strengthens the other. My classes will guide you through your journey to finding this mind/body connection and improving your overall mental and physical health.
