About Seher
I have been practicing yoga continuously for 3 years in the morning, I believe very much that everyone can do yoga and meditation, and I love to prove this to my students. For myself, yoga was a turning point in my life and I want this change to happen in everyone's life and I offer inspiration and positive energy to my students.

About the lesson

The lessons will be for 1 hour and we will start with breathing, move on to postures, and end with deep relaxation. We can continue the training as long as you want. During the lesson, I will talk about how to do the postures and movements and their benefits to the body, the lesson hours are flexible, we can set the hours you want, I prefer to do the lessons online during the pandemic process.
