About Kuresha
Iyengar Yoga Instructor in training and certified through S-VYASA with experience teaching adults of varying ages and abilities. Passionate about delivering safe, structured and engaging classes that improve strength, mobility, posture and well-being. Committed to creating an inclusive environment while supporting members in developing a sustainable yoga practice. My teaching is rooted in the Iyengar tradition, emphasizing precision, alignment and mindful awareness through intelligent sequencing and appropriate use of props.
