My Education:
-Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences(BNYS) - A 5.5 year AYUSH Medical Degree.
My Experience:
-I have done one on one yoga sessions (Both online and Offline)
-I have done group yoga classes for 40+ students.
-I have instructed Common Yoga protocol for 500+ people on account of International day of Yoga since last 2 years.
- I have instructed 108 rounds of Surya namaskara for 800+ people last year on account of Rathasaptami.

I am open to teach Yoga based on your requirements.
The yoga classes can be taken from all kinds of people including patients of various diseases.
(As, I already mentioned in my profile , I am not only a Yoga Instructor, I am also a Yoga Doctor who is working as Junior Doctor in a Prestigious hospital at Bengaluru).
