About Islay
I am 200-hr qualified vinyasa instructor, also qualified as a fitness trainer, nutrition and wellness consultant, and SUP yoga instructor. I have separate specialisations in social justice and sustainability, am a qualified primary and secondary school teacher, and have a masters degree in transformative learning and teaching.
