This is Gauri, a 500hr certified practitioner yoga therapist.
With an experience of handling and dealing with health issues of clients for about 2 years.
Alongside I am also studying BBA with ACCA.
So here we try to deal with physical, mental, and emotional issues and try bringing back joy and happiness in your life.

We try to care for mostly all issues like:
Hypertension
Hypotension
Diabetes
Thyroid
Cholesterol
Back pain
Knee issues
Sciatica
Cervical
Varicose
Overthinking
Stress, anxiety, and depression
Sleeplessness
PCOS
Strengthening
And muscle building
Muscles and bone issues

About the lesson

This would be a great opportunity to first explore your current health status and to make it what you really want it to be.
The class structure is as follows:
1. Warmup
2. Your customized set
3. Pranayama
4. Mudras
5. Along with these, some extra daily life remedies to boost your health.
6. Meditation sessions (on demand)

But before all these, we would have a one-on-one health consultation session.
