2. Yoga For Children: Only yogic postures.

FOR CHILDREN: General Knowledge, Skill Enhancing and Attitude Building classes that includes PUBLIC SPEAKING, YOGA for Children, Fitness, Computers: Adobe PHOTOSHOP, Basic Stitching and Craft, SPANISH Language along with imparting into them basic LIFE LESSONS like Hygiene, Time Management, Food Habits, Being Confident and more.
*Classes can be customised for a group of children registering together as one class.
**Weekend and Vacation Camps.
FOR ADULTS: Classical Ashtanga Yoga and Body Weight Fitness Training.

1. Baal-Vikas Class: Children are taught yogic postures and concentration techniques along with personal hygiene, moral stories, games, shlokas and bhajans. [Once a week, Rs. 500/1 hr]
2. Yoga For Children: Only yogic postures. [Rs. 300/1 hr]
3. Yoga Camps [Rs. 750/ 2 hour session]
*There would be an added COST OF TRAVEL as per your location.
**Minimum batch of 5 students are required.
*** Please carry your own yoga mats.
