About Aryan
Hello, I am Aryan Sakpal.
I have been practicing yoga and breathing techniques personally for several years. During my SSC Board Examination year, I faced a serious challenge where I experienced continuous urinary-frequency issues and stress. The situation became so difficult that it was hard for me to sit in one place and study comfortably.
Despite these challenges, I continued my preparation with discipline, yoga, breathing exercises, and proper focus management. As a result, I scored 96.80% in SSC 2025, including:
99 Marks in Sanskrit
99 Marks in Social Science
98 Marks in Mathematics
98 Marks in Science
This experience taught me how important mental calmness, concentration, and self-discipline are. My goal is to share the techniques that helped me stay focused during one of the most challenging periods of my life and help others improve their confidence, focus, and overall well-being through yoga.
