About Isha
Namaste and Hello everyone. I am Isha your yoga instructor/trainer. I am in the field of yoga from last 5 years and had learn many different parts of yoga like Asanas, Pranayama(breathing techniques), Meditation(dhyaan). I have taught in Dubai where i taught many different body types. I will help you know your body type and teach you in simplest and easiest ways from which you can achieve your goal. I hope you will try my class and enjoy it to the fullest .I am teaching from last 3 years. The most joyous time of my life was when I took my first class of yoga, it is so joyful to see people happy after their practice. I want to share my knowledge so that everyone can have some time of their life of themselves and be blissful.

Pranayama: here you will learn how to control your breath and will increase the oxygen flow to your full body.
