About Lahari
I am a college student and a passionate yoga practitioner who has participated in Inter-NIT Yoga activities. Yoga has been an important part of my college journey, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I teach in a friendly and patient way, making classes beginner-friendly while also helping advanced practitioners improve their practice.

I offer beginner-friendly online yoga classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. I teach yoga poses step by step, along with proper breathing and techniques. Classes focus on flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. I also explain the benefits of different asanas and help students practice safely and confidently at their own pace.
