About Nam
I’m Nam Lowen, a Yoga teacher based in Solihull and online. I have two kids and love katsu curries, coffee and chocolate.
Since 2010, I have worked with 1000s of hard-working people, including brands such as Adidas, Lounge Underwear, Virgin Active, Om Yoga Show, festivals and more. I'm very pleased that my recent On-demand Yoga Classes are now available on my Kuula TV channel for people to have time themselves to get stronger and grow with me.

With over a decade of experience teaching Corporate classes, Private Lessons, Group classes, Courses, Events and Online. I’m here to help you build strength and find healthy balance with your busy lifestyle.
I work with clients mainly in these different ways:
I teach Group Classes, online and in-person, for busy people that need to move and unwind after a long day at work or with their children.
I coach 1:1 at my Private Lessons for those that have specific goals and need me to create a tailor made plan that results in positive changes and growth.
My Corporate Yoga classes are for brands and companies that know the importance of work-life balance. I host the classes Live online or in-person, mostly at lunchtimes, and deliver an uplifting class to take them away from the desk and keep office stress at a minimum.
