In my yoga sessions, you’ll learn to reconnect with your breath — the true bridge between body and mind. Each class blends pranayama (ancient breathwork), mindful movement, and traditional asanas to bring balance, strength, and deep relaxation. By focusing on breath awareness and gentle postures, you’ll calm your nervous system, release stress, and cultivate mindfulness that carries into daily life. My goal is to help you move with awareness, breathe with intention, and live with more clarity, peace, and vitality.
