About Caroline
My journey in Yoga started many moons ago (2005) where I attended a class with one of the most amazing Yoga teachers I've met to date. In 2012 I completed my 200 hour YTT in Nicaragua teaching at various institutes and privately until 2017. In November 2024 I completed my 300 hour YTT making me a 500 hour Yoga Teacher. My style of teaching is relaxed and adaptable to suit your needs, goals and requirements.
Well traveled and able to connect with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Compassionate and a good sense of intuition. A passion for physical & mental health.
*NOTE* As of December 2025 I am taking a pause due to a shoulder injury :( Apologies for any inconvenience

Slow & steady or fast & flowy - I will tailor the classes to your needs and goals. I like to focus on gently moving through the poses, connecting each movement with the breath, adding some spice for fun :) Gradually working towards deeper, more advanced poses.
