About Eleonora
I have a degree in International Management, I have work experience in the business world (sales / marketing / HR) but, when I discovered Yoga, I decided to launch myself into the void and try to follow my passion. This August I will spend 4 weeks in India to obtain the certificate of: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (200 hours).

I approach Yoga and my students with an open mind. First of all, I try to understand the real reasons that pushed my students towards Yoga (stress, keeping fit, becoming more flexible ...). I then define a sequence / flow that can best meet the needs of my students.
