About Kristina
In my classes - private or in small groups of max. four people we work both physical qualities (strength, flexibility, balance and coordination) through chosen Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga exercises, as well as mental qualities (concentration, emotional regulation, inner connection) through breathing and meditation.

I structure my classes according to the needs of my students, always challenging them to go a little further. The classes are physical with a focus on the core, while training flexibility. I support my students in learning and achieving postures with corrections and exercises adapted to individual needs. Since I am a violinist and singer, I give a special touch to my classes with the use of instruments and music to create a unique, cozy and emotional environment.
