About Yoanna
Hi, I’m Yoanna. My journey began in the corporate world, where I felt a deep disconnect from my true self. Yoga became my path to inner alignment, helping me rediscover my purpose and find resilience through life’s challenges. Through yoga, I’ve come to understand the power of grounding in our inner truth, facing each moment with strength and openness.
In my classes, I offer a sacred space for self-connection, growth, and healing. Each practice invites you to journey inward, harmonising body, mind, and spirit. I’m honoured to share this path of self-discovery with you, helping you reconnect with the essence of who you are.

As an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher trained at London’s leading yoga studio, I offer both online and in-person classes tailored to beginners and everyday practitioners alike. My approach is integrative and human-centred, focusing on helping you find balance, presence, and self-discovery. Each 60-minute session is a space for you to reconnect with yourself, move mindfully, and experience the transformative power of yoga. My classes create an inclusive, supportive environment, open to all genders and ages, where everyone can feel grounded and empowered in their practice.
