About Clémence
My name is Clémence and I am a Yoga Teacher. I have been practicing for a few years before I felt drawn to become a Yoga Teacher myself. I am passionate about teaching and guiding my clients in their own practice. I like sharing the true meaning of Yoga and how you can bring your practice on and off the mat.

Yoga helps you to connect deeper to your body, mind and spirit. I am trying to guide you in the practice so you can feel this connection within yourself. Each class is tailored to your needs. I really like creating my classes around the energies, chakras, astrology and nature.
I am a firm believer that Yoga is a way of living and each class will help you go deeper in your own practice.
I can give the class in English or French.
Online, at your place or in a public place (park are great !)
