About Sandra

I am a teacher in Hatha yoga having a base in Iyengar yoga. I have studied with different teachers in England and especially in India. Finally I got the international certificate endorsed by Yoga Alliance in 2016 although I have previously had training in Hindu schools and since then I have been giving classes combining them with other teaching jobs in other disciplines such as circus and theatre. Always introducing and using techniques of yogic philosophy in my work .

My methodology is based on building a knowledge of the asanas, a foundation and constancy with Hatha yoga using the adjustments and th use of some elements (such as block, cousions, strings, blanquests...) to achieve the correct alignment in the asana as used in Iyengar yoga (a more therapeutic yoga), in ordert to develop a flow vinyasa more dynamic sequences.
