About Samantha
As a martial artist with 10+ years of experience, a yoga teacher with 3 years of teaching experience, and nutritionist in school to become a dietitian, I have a passion for health and wellness. I aim to use my experience in body mechanics, balanced movement, and nutrition to give you a yoga practice that fits your goals and busy lifestyle.

If you want to feel better, build strength, improve flexibility, lose weight, and bring yourself back to balance with yoga, you came to the right teacher! My yoga is a medium-paced flow with a combination of standing and floor postures. I like variety, creativity, and having fun on the mat by incorporating a balance of strengthening poses with lengthening poses. You will leave your mat feeling invigorated!
All levels welcome! Do let me know of any injuries or limitations you may have, and I will modify the lessons for you.
