About Stephanie
I am a bilingual Uruguayan/British wellness expert, with a background in performing arts. I was initially drawn to yoga, mindfulness and meditation as a means to cope with the daily stresses of the competitive industry she was working in.
Since then, my curiosity sparked and so began the process of exploring and understanding the concept of holistic health and its correlation to emotional resilience, mood regulation, productivity, and an overall sense of serenity, positivity and happiness in life.
My career as an actor, allowed her to travel all over the globe, where I have always taken the opportunity to teach and build my skills further in the area of yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
My services include:
