I have attended many classes led by Laura and I find her to be an excellent teacher. She gives full and clear explanations of each pose and will also walk around the class giving one to one guidance. I feel confident in class under her instruction and would highly recommend her.

Laura tailored sessions for me when I had hurt my back in order to strengthen and give more flexibility- worked a treat.
