I have training in yoga and after working for 15 years in a hospital I understand health, well-being and the missing piece of the puzzle - spirituality. I love to share spiritual wisdom, joy, and yoga practice. I believe the quiet whispers of the soul need to be listened to guide an ideal life. I believe a dedication to spiritual practice is important in maintaining well-being.
