About Chris
Originally from Liverpool, I made the journey to London to pursue a career in insurance. I discovered yoga as a way to de-stress from my demanding job and quickly became captivated by its mental and physical benefits. Fast forward to now, I have left the corporate world behind and have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Originally trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga in India and I have since expanded my expertise in Yin, Restorative, and various other teacher trainings under some of the UK's top yoga instructors. I can offer a variety of styles including vinyasa, restorative and hatha.
I am dedicated to creating calming, peaceful spaces where everyone, regardless of size, shape, or age, can experience the joy of yoga. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ communities and HIV clients, ensuring my practice is inclusive and supportive of all communities.
