I'm Purva Sharma a passionate yoga instructor & wellness advocate. Sharing yoga tips, mind fullness exercises and self- care inspiration.
I have 6 years of experience with huge educational yoga background, I'm certified yoga teacher (500hrs TTC) ,Also holds bachelor degree in yogic science from University of patanjali and master's from uttarakhand Sanskrit University.
