About Kanchan

I am a yoga enthusiast. Certified Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrs from Aayana and S-Vyasa Bangalore. I believe in sharing and spreading the knowledge and wisdom of yoga to society to bring in change of the idea that yoga is not just flexibility and asana.
With over 10 years of personal yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience, I create simple, mindful, and accessible classes that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My goal is to help people build a stronger body, a calmer mind, and a balanced life through yoga, breathwork, and holistic healing.
