About Max
I am currently a PhD student at the University of York and have been tutoring for the past 4 years. In addition to this I have experience in friendly face to face positions from years of volunteer work. I have a great enthusiasm for teaching subjects I am well versed in and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn.

I prefer to take a friendly but informative approach to tutoring by having a firm grasp on the syllabus being taught and helping the student to identify their weaknesses. The student understands best their own pitfalls and I use this to tailor sessions towards the student. Every student is unique and should be helped rather than forced to learn.
