About Dorys
Hello, I’m Dorys and 25 years old. I grew up in Germany and have been living in London for a good 3 years now. I currently work in Tech, specifically for the German market, which means I still talk and write German on a daily basis.

I only do proactive lessons.
"Wer nicht fragt, bleibt dumm" (literally, "who doesn't ask, will stay dumb") is the guiding concept. In essence, I'm arguing that no matter what your objective is, even if you want to get there fast, you should always ask—even two or three times—to make sure you have the necessary information for the following step. Nothing should worry you too much as long as the foundation is in place.
Also, all my students receive 2x5-minute calls a week, where we can have conversations on the phone to help them improve their conversational skills. Those are free of charge, as long as they've had atleast 2 lessons with me.
