About Ernest
I’m a personal jump rope trainer focused on helping people get fitter, move better, build real stamina, and become confident with the rope.
My goal isn’t just to teach you how to jump rope. It’s to help you develop a level of fitness and movement that carries over into everyday life and other sports.
