I've been developing software my entire life, and not only helping people with their programs, but also helping to unprogram people. Many people don't understand the assumptions that underlie what they do, and many don't understand their purpose on earth. I help with this.

I've been using Mindmaps my entire life. Summarising firstly on A4 pages on a big table, for example the Dining Room table when I was growing up, and then later in life I've used tools such as MindManager and MindMeister. My favourite tool at the moment is SimpleMind and I like drawing the MindMaps on an iPad.
