I am a yoga instructor who has completed the 200-hour certification program through YogaRenew. I have studied and mastered the teaching methodology and basics of yoga as a practice in depth. I am ready to share my knowledge and expertise with you.

Do you need a way to unwind and relax from a busy day? Come learn yoga with me online!
I am a yoga instructor offering classes in restorative yoga, gentle yoga flow (poses), guided meditation and sound therapy (using the African hand drum (Djembe). I specialize in teaching classes that lower stress and anxiety, helping students that are neurodiverse, and giving instruction one step at a time especially if you are a beginner.
I can also teach classes and workshops to yoga teachers who want to learn something new and be able to bring it to their students and practices. I have designed classes in guided meditation, restorative yoga, and sound therapy.
