About Jonathan
Coding started as a frantic attempt to solve math puzzles during college. I admit that I often felt lost when staring at a blank screen before I learned the industry standard approaches.
My path led me to a BS Math from Princeton and an MS CS. After 8 years of industry work including a stint at Jane Street, I now apply that rigor to tutoring. I have 5 years of experience helping students bridge the gap between theory and execution. My expertise covers Python, Java, and Git version control.
I enjoy sharing the tools that make complex problems manageable. You receive free access to my private code templates and cheat sheets. It feels rewarding to watch students gain real independence.
