About Karina
"Teaching started for me after realizing that formal study often ignores the way people actually talk. The initial sound of a native accent can feel like a rush of wind that leaves you breathless. I have spent 10 years coaching French, relying on my BA TESOL from the University of Canterbury to ground my methods.
My focus remains on practical application through cultural context and listening practice. We work specifically on your accent and intonation to ensure your communication is clear. Discussing the nuances of business French or navigating a foreign city is where the real fun happens."
