About Nicola
Hi, I’m Nicola, a former high school drama teacher who saw first-hand the rise in anxiety and self-doubt in the young people I worked with.
I loved teaching, but I knew I wanted to do more than just deliver lessons — I wanted to truly support children in understanding themselves, building confidence, and feeling emotionally safe.
That’s what led me to retrain as a children’s mindset coach. Now, I work with young people to help them feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their thoughts and emotions.

Hi, I’m Nicola — a children’s mindset coach and former high school teacher with over a decade of experience working with young people.
I specialise in supporting children who are:
• struggling with anxiety
• lacking confidence
• overwhelmed by school or friendships
• shutting down, avoiding, or “not themselves”
If you’re a parent who feels like something isn’t quite right — but you can’t always put your finger on it — you’re not alone.
