About Lirontso

Hello! I am Lirontso. I am a 28-year-old woman from a beautiful country named Lesotho, located in the southern part of Africa. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Associate Degree in Marketing, National Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Certified to teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL/TESOL). I specialize in Basic English for beginners, Business English, General Conversation, Grammar, and teaching English to children. My background and experience allow me to offer tailored lessons for professionals and learners from diverse backgrounds. I love kids and also believe in creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves without the fear of being wrong. I love reading novels, traveling and learning different cultures. I have 4 years experience in teaching, working with students of various ages and language levels. My journey started with informal tutoring sessions, helping other students who were struggling in modules I was better at. I also volunteered in kindergarten (day care) during the school holidays, which evolved into more structured teaching. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, gaining a comprehensive understanding of global markets, cross-cultural communication, and international trade. The degree emphasized effective communication in diverse, multicultural environments, which is directly relevant to TEFL. My background in International Business, Marketing and secretarial has enhanced my ability to teach English to students from different cultures, helping them improve their language skills for business and everyday communication in an increasingly globalized world. Completed an Associate Degree in Marketing, acquiring skills in market analysis, consumer behavior, and communication strategies. The program focused on crafting effective messaging and understanding audience needs, which translates well to teaching English in a TEFL setting. My marketing background helps me create engaging lessons tailored to different learning styles and objectives, particularly for students looking to improve their English for business or professional purposes. Earned a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies, with a focus on office management, business communication, and administrative tasks. The program developed my skills in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational proficiency. These skills are highly relevant to TEFL, as they enable me to teach English with clarity, professionalism, and precision, especially for students looking to enhance their language skills for business or administrative careers.
