About Julien de FIT À LA MAISON
Emmanuel Wisniewski, professional personal trainer. I am, and have always been passionate about football, health, fitness and sport in general. This is also why I undertook physiotherapy studies at the Free University of Brussels. I then trained in personal training, as well as nutrition coaching. Today, I help hundreds of people reach their personal goals. Thanks to my years of experience in this environment, I offer you optimal support.

I am a attentive and very professional coach, the sessions always take place in a dynamic atmosphere.
I specialize in fitness, nutrition balancing and physical preparation.
My sessions are for everyone, from the youngest, the oldest, women and men, from the sedentary person to the top sportsman.

The first session is free, only if you subscribe to the pack of 10 sessions. The general assessment, nutrition advice and body analysis are part of this first session. The 40 Euros rate corresponds to a 45 minute session. The price for a 60-minute session is 50 Euros.
