About Rodi
Hi! My name is Rodi and I am a Yoga practitioner and teacher. My personal life experiences prompted me to become a student of relaxation and stress reduction techniques.
My goal is to inspire others to follow a healthy lifestyle by minimizing tension, which then results in improved overall health.
Everything I teach comes mostly from personal experiences, I pass on what has worked for me and my students, up to now.
There's still a lot to say about me, but we'll get to know each other better in class!

About the lesson

The class varies according to your needs. One of my typical classes would include:
* An initial warm-up phase, connection with the body, breathing exercise;
* The central part of the practice is more active and we focus on releasing tension;
* The final part is relaxing and meditative.
You do not have to be super flexible or an experienced yogi! What matters is presence and dedication!
