About Somya
I am a yoga instructor with a passion for helping people connect with their bodies and minds. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for physical and mental wellbeing, and I am committed to providing my students with a safe and supportive environment to practice. I am a certified yoga instructor with over 3 years of experience, and I am always learning new ways to improve my teaching. I am also a student of life, and I believe that yoga is a lifelong journey.

I am a certified yoga instructor with over 3 years of experience. I love teaching yoga online because it allows me to share my passion with people all over the world. I offer a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, and I always make sure to modify poses for all levels. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment for my students.
