Each lesson will based on the aims of the student. I will then take the time before a session to ensure that I have a lesson plan that addresses that aim. Most importantly, I will readily adapt a lesson as it progresses if an aim is quickly achieved or a little more time is required. The length of a lesson is therefore dependent on the student.
I am passionate about sharing my love of science and that can only start with understanding the subject, which is what will drive me to deliver excellent lessons.
Moreover, as a current university student myself, I recognise that often the issue at hand is not always a lack of understanding, but that of the exam technique. These cases are often more frustrating and so I would go about treating the student with empathy and encouragement.
My lessons are aimed at Biologists and Chemists doing their GCSEs and A Levels.
