About Olabiyi

Hello! My name is Olabiyi Dayo Ayotunde, and I am an experienced Abacus and Mental Maths Instructor with a passion for helping children develop strong mathematical skills, speed, accuracy and confidence.

I started teaching Abacus in March 2020 and have worked independently under my teaching brand, Dteens Abacus. I have also taught children across several schools in Nigeria.

My lessons are designed to make mathematics fun, practical and easy for children to understand. I teach children how to use the Abacus to perform calculations quickly and progressively train them to calculate mentally using their fingers and visualisation techniques.

I work patiently with children and adapt my lessons according to each child's age, level and learning speed.

About Me

Hello! My name is Olabiyi Dayo Ayotunde, and I am an experienced Abacus and Mental Math Instructor from Nigeria.

I started teaching Abacus in March 2020 and have worked independently under my teaching brand, Dteens Abacus. I have also taught children in many schools, helping them develop strong calculation skills, concentration, memory, confidence, and speed.

My specialty is teaching children how to calculate very fast using the Abacus and gradually training them to perform calculations mentally using their fingers — even without the Abacus.

I am a patient, friendly, and dedicated teacher who enjoys working with children. I make my lessons simple, practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

I can work with beginners as well as children who already have some experience with Abacus.
