About ALISHA
I am Alisha, an experienced and dedicated Assistant Professor at NIT with over 5 years of teaching experience.
I can teach all subjects: Math, Science, CSE, IT subjects up to MTech.
Teaching is not just my profession but my passion, and I strongly believe that every student can learn well when concepts are explained clearly and patiently.
My teaching style is friendly, structured, and concept-oriented, ensuring students build strong fundamentals before moving to advanced topics. I focus on practical understanding, regular practice, and continuous support so that students feel confident and motivated in their learning journey.
Over the years, I have guided students from different academic backgrounds and learning levels, helping them improve their performance and develop a genuine interest in their subjects. I maintain a professional, disciplined, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing doubts.
I am committed to delivering quality education, personal attention, and consistent progress, so that every student not only succeeds academically but also develops skills useful for their future.

Teaching Approach – Alisha
Teaching techniques and methods:
I focus on concept-driven teaching, where every topic is explained from the basics and then linked to real-life and practical examples. I use a step-by-step approach, simple language, and regular questioning to ensure students truly understand, not just memorize. I also encourage problem-solving, hands-on practice, and doubt-clearing in every session.
Usual structure of a class:
Each class begins with a quick revision of previous topics, followed by clear explanation of new concepts. This is supported with examples, practice problems, and discussion. I end the class with a short summary and assignments or practice questions to reinforce learning.
My special features as a teacher:
I am patient, approachable, and student-focused. I give personal attention, adapt my teaching pace according to the learner, and make sure students feel comfortable asking questions. My experience as an Assistant Professor helps me guide students academically as well as in career-oriented learning.
