About Simren

I am currently a second-year BCom Economics student at the University of Pretoria. I have a passion for learning and enjoy helping others build confidence in their academic abilities. I am patient, approachable, and believe that every learner is capable of success when given the right support and encouragement.

I understand the challenges that learners can face and the importance of creating a positive and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students not only improve their marks but also develop confidence, independence, and a genuine enjoyment of learning.

About the lesson

I create fun, interactive English lessons tailored to each learner’s individual needs and level. Whether your child needs help with reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, or writing, I provide clear explanations and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable. As someone who enjoys reading, I particularly want to help learners develop a stronger relationship with English while building the skills they need at school. My lessons focus on communication, comprehension, creativity, and confidence, with activities adapted to suit different learning styles. I teach in English and aim to create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, and learning from their mistakes. My lessons are aimed at prep-school learners who want to strengthen their English skills and become more confident readers and writers.
