About Shannon
I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential through strength training, Pilates, and healthy habit building. With a B.Ed, M.Ed, and MHK, as well as certifications as a wellness coach, personal trainer, and behavior change specialist, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to my work. My approach is supportive and personalized, focusing on building confidence, consistency, and sustainable routines that last. I strive to make every session engaging, effective, and tailored to individual goals, so clients feel motivated, capable, and proud of their progress.
