Hannah is an expert at her material in my opinion, and has a way of breaking down the material in a way that is easy for me to understand while I was struggling. In fact, she has helped me with both chemistry and pre-calculus, which were my toughest subjects. With her help, I was able to understand the material and finally grasp the concepts that I didn’t understand in class. She even explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed to ask questions. Also, I loved how she was easy to talk to and her friendliness. Plus, she went at my pace instead of going too fast or rushing. I’m so glad Hannah is my tutor. Now she is the one I go to for help in pre-cal and chemistry. I actually understand the material! Hannah is an incredible tutor who very carefully listens to the concerns of their students and takes a holistic approach to developing the curriculum for their lessons. I felt like whereas other tutors may be more focused on the symptoms (starting where the problems are occurring for the students), Hannah was focused on making sure that they worked backward to find where that gap in knowledge began so that we could build a strong, sequential logic-based foundation together. Hannah helped me build the confidence to slow down, trust myself, and think clearly when I approached complex, multi-step problems through sharing with me how they arrived at their answer, rather than pushing the idea of rote memorization. They also make learning fun and accessible by taking into account a student’s learning preferences and creating curriculum with real-world engaging examples that stick with you. You will become a more consistent, confident student when you work with Hannah.

Hannah is great at inspiring students and making any topic exciting. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, she's well spoken and patient with students. Hannah managed to make even an 8am class a wonderful experience.
