About Arlinda

Hi, I’m Arlinda—a B.S. Chemistry graduate and a patient, highly organized tutor who helps students feel confident in math and chemistry. I tutor middle school through college-level coursework, including algebra through Calculus I–IV and high school through college chemistry. About the lesson

I’m Arlinda, a B.S. Chemistry graduate. My tutoring style is patient, clear, and step-by-step—I focus on helping you truly understand the concepts so you’re not stuck memorizing formulas without knowing why they work.

A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in on what you’re learning and where you feel stuck. Then we review the key idea with a simple example and spend most of the session working through practice problems together. I’ll coach your process, fix mistakes as they come up, and show you reliable problem-solving patterns you can reuse. We end with a short, realistic plan for what to practice next so you keep improving between sessions.

My lessons are for middle school, high school, and college students in math (algebra through Calculus I–IV) and chemistry (high school through college-level courses). I’m especially helpful if you feel anxious, behind, or like the material moves too fast—because I break hard topics into manageable steps, explain things in a way that clicks, and build confidence through repetition and practice. I also support exam prep for quizzes, midterms, finals, and standardized tests by focusing on common question types and efficient strategies.
