About Subhashree

Hello! I'm Subhashree Panda, a postgraduate in Civil Engineering with over two years of academic and teaching experience, including my role as a Research Assistant at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH). I specialize in making Mathematics clear, logical, and approachable for students of all levels. Having worked closely with students in both academic and mentoring roles, I understand the common challenges learners face — and I tailor my teaching style to meet individual needs. I teach in both English and Hindi, ensuring that every student feels comfortable and confident while learning. I am dedicated, punctual, and genuinely passionate about helping students not only improve their grades but also develop a deep understanding of the subject. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and qualified tutor who values your growth — you're in the right place!

About the lesson

As a teacher, my goal is to make learning simple, engaging, and effective. I focus on building strong conceptual foundations rather than just helping students memorize formulas or methods. I use real-life examples, visual explanations, and step-by-step breakdowns to make complex topics easier to understand.

Each class usually begins with a quick recap of previous lessons, followed by a focused explanation of the new topic. I ensure that students solve problems along with me and get plenty of guided practice. Towards the end, I give a short quiz or assignment to check their understanding and clarify doubts instantly.

I also adjust my teaching style based on the student's pace and learning style—whether they need more visual aid, practical examples, or detailed theory.
