About Joshua

I come from a heavy mathematics background. I have worked on avionics systems for the military and I was at the top of my class. I have also worked as a CNC machinist. I am currently pursuing a degree as a data analyst in my off time.

I originally started lecturing chemistry over discord for a couple of years and I have taught Trigonometry for students of an electrical union but I've since been looking for other ways to market my skills as a mathematician. So far have taught about 20 people, and I hope I can reach a wider audience! I will do everything in my power to help anyone that wants to learn mathematics.

About the lesson

I like to teach each person according to how I feel they will benefit most. As a mostly self-taught individual, I believe it is important to be able to apply what you learn to your own mindset, as this will enable greater retention and utility of information. I have a variety of methods I like to use to teach, and I try to be as engaging and impactful as possible.
