About Elizabeth

There is nothing like teaching, especially when it’s in a small group or one on one! Having 8 years of teaching experience I understand the importance of an engaging lesson. This means that I need to learn what my students like! I also need to know their strengths and weaknesses. Communication and honesty are key when working together. I will be honest about the work, about what we can do to make improvements, or how great you are doing!

About the lesson

I love teaching and tutoring virtually! It is so important to have a connection with the student even through a computer screen. It is also important to engage students and communicate the content digitally.
I would have students read with me and to me as a way to improve their comprehension and vocabulary. We would also engage in discussion about the content to make sure the students understands and connects with the information.
