 Applicable to individual online tuition packages for Classes 6–10.
 1. PACKAGE SCOPE AND SYLLABUS COMPLETION
• Before payment, the parent and tutor will confirm the student's class, board, subject, prescribed syllabus, examination date and package scope in writing.
• The half-yearly package includes 12 one-hour sessions; the annual package includes 24 one-hour sessions.
• Syllabus completion means teaching the agreed topics during scheduled sessions; examination scores are not guaranteed. If the syllabus requires more sessions, the parent will be informed before any additional lessons are booked.
• No extra charges will be imposed without approval.

 2. FEES AND PAYMENT Half-yearly package: ₹5,700. Annual package: ₹11,000.
• Fees, session count and payment schedule will be confirmed before enrollment. No undisclosed charges or additional lessons will be added without consent.
• Written payment confirmation will be provided.

 3. REFUNDS AND EARLY WITHDRAWAL • • • Before the first lesson, the parent may cancel and receive a full refund, less any processing fee only if disclosed beforehand and lawfully chargeable.

• After lessons begin, the refund will be calculated as the package fee minus the standard value of lessons already delivered at ₹500 per hour, with no undisclosed penalty.
•  If the tutor cannot continue, the parent may choose a refund for the undelivered portion or another mutually agreed arrangement. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 4. MISSED, CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED CLASSES
• At least 12 hours' notice should be given to reschedule.
• Classes canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled subject to availability. A student no-show without notice may count as a used lesson if this rule was communicated and accepted before enrollment.
• Tutor-canceled classes will be rescheduled at no extra charge or refunded if rescheduling is not possible. • • If a lesson cannot meaningfully take place due to the tutor's technical issues, a replacement class will be offered.

 5. SCHEDULING AND COMPLETION DEADLINES
• Classes will be scheduled by mutual agreement. A target completion date will be set after reviewing the syllabus and examination timetable. Completion depends on attendance, scheduling availability, access to materials and the syllabus remaining unchanged.
• Changes to the school syllabus will be discussed before additional lessons are charged.
• Any package expiry date must be disclosed and agreed upon before payment.

 6. TEACHING MATERIALS AND PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Notes, explanations, practice questions and revision support will be provided as agreed.
• Parents should ensure attendance, access to textbooks and completion of assigned practice.
• Progress updates will be provided at reasonable intervals. Marks, ranks, pass results and examination outcomes are not guaranteed.

 7. COMMUNICATION AND DISPUTES
• Package terms and changes will be confirmed in writing by WhatsApp or email.
• Concerns should be raised promptly for fair resolution.
• Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights or legal protections available under applicable law.
 
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By booking and paying, the parent confirms receipt and understanding of the agreed syllabus scope, session count, fee, schedule, cancellation rules and refund policy.
